With Employers: Job seeker profiles and application information are shared with employers based on your visibility settings and applications submitted.

With Job Seekers: Employer company profiles and job listings are visible based on their publication status.

Service Providers: We work with trusted third-party vendors who assist in operating our Platform, subject to confidentiality agreements.

Legal Requirements: We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Job seekers have control over their profile visibility:

• Private: Profile visible only to you
• Employers Only: Visible to verified employers on the Platform
• Public: Searchable by all employers

You can update your visibility settings at any time from your candidate dashboard. You may also request to view, correct, or delete your personal data by contacting us.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including:

• Encryption of data in transit and at rest

MetaCareer Connect is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover we have collected information from a child, we will delete it promptly.
