By accessing and using MetaCareer Connect ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

These terms apply to all users of the Platform, including job seekers, employers, and administrators. MetaCareer Connect reserves the right to update these terms at any time with notice to registered users.

MetaCareer Connect is an online employment platform that connects job seekers with employers. The Platform provides job listings, candidate profiles, application tracking, candidate matching, resume building tools, and recruiting services.

Important Disclaimer: MetaCareer Connect does not guarantee employment outcomes. We provide tools and services to facilitate connections between job seekers and employers, but we do not guarantee that any user will obtain employment or hire a candidate through our Platform.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension or termination.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Platform.

Job seekers represent that all information provided in their profiles, resumes, and applications is truthful and accurate. Misrepresentation of qualifications, experience, credentials, or work authorization status is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.

Job seekers acknowledge that employers may verify information provided during the application process. MetaCareer Connect is not responsible for decisions made by employers based on candidate information.

Employers must complete our verification process before posting jobs publicly. All employers agree that:

• All job postings represent legitimate employment opportunities
• Job descriptions are accurate and not misleading
• Hiring practices comply with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws
• Jobs will not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other protected class
• Compensation information provided is accurate

Employers are solely responsible for their hiring decisions. MetaCareer Connect does not endorse any particular employer or job posting.

Direct hire services are subject to a separate Recruiting Agreement. Placement fees, candidate ownership periods, replacement guarantees, and payment terms are defined in that agreement. MetaCareer Connect does not guarantee placement within any specific timeframe.

The platform includes an assistant designed to help users with job searching, resume building, and platform navigation. Users acknowledge that:

• Suggestions are AI-generated and may not always be accurate or appropriate
• The platform does not provide legal, financial, or professional career advice
• Users should use their own judgment when acting on any suggestions
• Platform interactions may be reviewed for quality improvement purposes

Users may not:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Scrape, harvest, or collect user data without authorization
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Attempt to circumvent Platform security measures
• Post jobs with the intent to collect personal information for purposes other than hiring
• Violate any applicable employment law or regulation

The MetaCareer Connect platform, including its software, design, logos, and content, is owned by MetaCareer Connect and protected by intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of content they submit but grant MetaCareer Connect a license to use that content to operate the Platform.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, METACAREER CONNECT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

MetaCareer Connect's total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to MetaCareer Connect in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Indianapolis, Indiana, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law principles.

User data is retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Users may request deletion of their data at any time. Certain data may be retained for legal compliance, fraud prevention, and legitimate business purposes even after account deletion.
